Our target
The site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
We test with automated checks, with a keyboard alone and with a screen reader. Automated checks do not catch everything, so we also rely on reports from the people who use the site.
What we have done
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
- Forms have labels, explain errors in words and list them at the top
- Text meets contrast requirements in light and dark modes
- Pages reflow at 400 percent zoom without sideways scrolling
- Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
Known limits
Some linked government forms and PDFs are published by the agencies, not the firm, and may not meet the same standard.
Report a problem
If something on the site does not work for you, email [email protected] or call (212) 555-0142. Tell us the page and what happened.
We reply within two business days, and we will give you the information in another way while we fix it.
At the office
The building is step-free from the street, with an elevator to the 9th floor. If you need an accommodation for a meeting, such as a sign language interpreter, tell us when you book.
