When you send a consultation, contact or job application form, the site sends what you entered to the firm by email. The site does not keep a copy.
The firm uses what you send only to answer your request or consider your application.
Spam protection
To limit repeated sending, the site keeps a temporary counter based on a one-way hash of your connection’s address. It does not store the address itself, and the counter is deleted after one hour.
Email updates
If you ask for immigration updates by email, we send a confirmation message first. Your address is added to the list only after you confirm.
Every update has an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from the list.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not use advertising cookies.
- We do not share what you send with anyone outside the firm, except with the providers that run this site and our email, when the law requires it, or with your permission.
Confidential information
Please do not send confidential details through the site. Sending a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Once the firm represents you, we exchange documents through the client portal.
