What we will cover
- Building the list of candidates who need a registration.
- Confirming the job, the wage and the worksite before registration opens.
- Cap-exempt hiring, and employees who already hold H-1B status.
- What the most recent selection rules change for employers.
The session runs about 90 minutes. Breakfast is served from 8:15 a.m.
