Lucia Ferraro, an associate on the firm’s employment team since 2022, has moved to the investor visa practice. She works with Inés Carvajal Ward on EB-5 petitions, source of funds documentation and E-2 treaty investor cases.
Lucia speaks English, Italian and Spanish. She will meet investors and their families in all three, at the office or by video.

- EB-5 petitions for regional center and direct investments.
- Tracing source of funds across countries and currencies.
- E-2 visas for investors buying or starting a business.
- Petitions to remove conditions at the end of the two-year period.
Investors with cases already open will see no change to their team. Inés remains the partner responsible for each matter.
